Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Imperfect Witch does not offer refunds on products, services, or digital content.

Due to the nature of our offerings -- including handmade items, digital materials, and energetic and spiritual services -- purchases cannot be returned or refunded once made.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us through the website within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will provide a replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first to open an investigation. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.

Subscriptions / Memberships

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not provide a refund for any current or past billing periods. Use the contact form to cancel subscriptions.
