Due to the nature of our offerings—including handmade items, digital materials, and energetic/spiritual services—once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly provide a replacement.

Subscriptions / Memberships

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not provide a refund for any current or past billing periods. Use the contact form to cancel subscriptions.
